Juliet Reynolds is the founding member of Murray Equity Alliance. She earned degrees in Anthropology and Gender Studies from the University of Utah in 2020. While studying she received a grant to do a year long study of the history of GSA’s in Utah and the progress Utah has made in Junior High and High school campuses. The study focused on Murray City School District and her positive experiences with the district over the last decade. Two of her four children are members of the LGBTQ community and have been leaders among their peers. If you were to ask her if she thought she would be leading a community group a few years ago, she would have told you that you were crazy! She’s totally out of her element and is humbled by the support this group has given her to keep pushing for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in ALL Utah Schools.
